Ancillary Benefits

A great way to increase your benefit options without spending a lot of extra dollars is to add ancillary benefits. In fact you can do so and offer voluntary benefits – which would cost you nothing, but give the employee the option to choose the added benefits at their own cost.

All health insurance carriers offer some form of ancillary benefit which we will show you in the analysis. There are also carriers that specialize only in ancillary benefits. We will show you both of these options so you can make an unbiased decision on which company you want to offer to you employees.
