Internal and External Customer Service
Customer service is not a term that is boxed into a department, but is something that needs to be taught throughout the complete organization. Customer Service is derived from the mission and vision you have set for your company. The words are just words unless you put them into action from the minute one of your employee’s picks up the phone to the time spent in the break room with other employees. The organization must live and breathe its mission and vision continually building on the strength of each individual person to build the whole. Customer service training should be continuously applied throughout the organization.
